1. DEFINITIONS

Site is the www.corsa-technic.com website operated by Corsa Technic, LLC.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Corsa Technic, LLC will retain and use your Personal Data for up to 2 years for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. If you are a registered Customer of the Site, your Personal Data may be stored for more than 2 years, or as long as you are a registered Customer, for your convenience and order history.

Corsa Technic, LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Site, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Your California Privacy Rights (California Civil Code Section 1798.83)
Customers who are California residents are permitted to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data (if any) by a business to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. To make a request, please submit your request to us using the contact information provided below.

We do not disclose Personal Data to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and we will advise you of this if you make a request.

"Do Not Track" Signals Under California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Our Site does not support Do Not Track ("DNT") browser settings or signals.

Privacy Rights for California Minors in the Digital World (Division 8 of the Business and Professions Code, Chapter 22.1)
