A number of our customers in India have experienced lengthy delays in receiving their shipment, and lost shipments, in particular to hostel addresses for students. We recommend USPS Express Mail International as the minimum shipping method to India at this time. For students, we further recommend shipping to a school facility address, and not a hostel. We can not be responsible for lost shipments to a hostel address.
Shipping notice for customers in Italy
A number of our customers in Italy have experienced lengthy delays in receiving their shipment due to the extended processing time present within Italian Customs. While many companies in the United States have opted not to ship to Italy due to this issue, we strive to offer you superior service, and have the following suggestions to help ensure your order arrives to you in a timely fashion.
While USPS First Class International Mail is the most commonly selected shipping method, it has also been the most problematic. We have seen orders shipped with this method to take 4-5 weeks to arrive. USPS Priority International has shown to take 3 weeks on average.
At this time, we recommend USPS Express Mail International as the shipping method to Italy.
While it is a costlier alternative, it has shown to arrive in a week on average.
